As the end of 2011 drew to a close, I decided to drop the bright, happy, shiny face and ‘fess up. 2011 had been the worst emotional rollercoaster I’d ever been on, and boy was I glad to see the year over! As I sat there though, knowing I’d turned my corner, drawn my line in the sand, and was completely ready to embrace the wonder and magic of a new year, even I was kind of amazed that I got through that last one without pills, Prozac or piling on the pounds. MUSICAL EXERCIES – Put on your favorite music and do some yoga! No need for slow, elevator music. Move to your favorite beat. Or pop on the headphones or earphones and grab your MP3 or cassette player or handheld PC and bike to a nearby park. Too cold or rainy? Then head to a mall or other enclosed area where you can walk. Why would I want to write about yet another fitness program? There are so many out there. There is no escape from fitness programs whether you watch TV or read a magazine or newspaper.
